How to Order Custom Pickleball Paddles ?
Pick Pickleball Paddles Material and Size
• Size: The standard size is 398mm x 200mm, with thickness ranging from 10mm to 14mm, customizable based on client requirements.
• Material:
• Surface Materials: Carbon fiber/graphite, fiberglass/composite.
• Core Materials: PP core, Nomex core, aluminum core, and wood.
• The best-selling combination is fiberglass + PP core. For higher quality, you may choose
fiberglass + Nomex core, carbon fiber + PP core, or carbon fiber + Nomex core, though these are more
expensive than fiberglass + PP core.
• Weight: Between 200g and 240g, adjustable according to your preference.
• Handle: Options include PU98 3D breathable leather and PU6620 perforated anti-sweat leather, with a size of 750mm x 28mm. High-quality grips are available in various colors.
• Shape: You may select from our existing paddle shapes or provide artwork or samples to customize your own style.
• Edge Guard:Commonly used color is black, other custom colors are welcome.

Request a Quotation:
Once you’ve finalized the specifications, request a quotation. The minimum order quantity is 100 units. For orders below this quantity, the unit price may increase slightly; please consult with our sales team for details.
Payment and Pre-production:
After confirming your order or sample order, we will produce a final pre-production sample for approval. Payment terms include a 40% deposit upon order confirmation. You can inspect the goods at our factory before delivery or request photos and videos for quick review. The remaining 60% balance is required before shipment.

• Standard orders of up to 50,000 units typically require 15-20 working days.
• For urgent orders, priority production can be arranged, subject to availability.
• Orders requiring special materials or colors may exceed 20 working days.
